For the 8th day of biking we took all the dry clothes we had left and went for a 100 km trip. Well, we had to wait for the Van’s keys to be found before. Hanne decided to fix a bell on them after this new episode. Thanks Hanne!

The rain stopped quickly and we were able to enjoy a fresh but beautiful weather.

The road was less pleasant with gravel paths half of the time.

The day ended with the border crossing! We left Latvia to enter Lithuania. It was a beautiful and symbolic moment for us.
